To breakthrough the bottleneck of transportation and logistics in Chinese flower industry, Eimskip and Container Centralen has joined hand with Guangzhou Chencun Flower World to build a platform for flowers transportation and logistics. Since the platform was build, the transportation costs from China to European has been dropped from 5,000 U.S. dollars in 2008 to 2,000 U.S. dollars this year, and the wastage rate in the transportation has been dropped from 30% ~35% to 10%.
